Bio

Max Pasion started his career in journalism as a reporter in a large provincial city north of the Philippine capital of Manila. He eventually shifted to photojournalism. Ironically, photography was something that he was only compelled to do along with news writing as the community newspaper that hired him in 1994 had no staff photographer.

Pasion is now based in Jersey City, NJ with his wife, photographer Reena Rose Sibayan. He frequently ventures to Manhattan to indulge in his passion for street photography. He currently freelances as a wedding photographer mainly while waiting for his big break.
