Libris Client Services Associate
Caitlyn is a member of our Client Services Team. Her skills as a zen master stem from her degree in Peace & Conflict Resolution from American University. Caitlyn previously promoted peace and happiness for five years as a manager at a cage-free doggie daycare in Washington, DC where she wrangled dogs (and people!), as well as ran the company's digital media marketing. A Maryland native, she’ll find any excuse to bring up the magic that is Old Bay seasoning on fries. When she isn’t responding to customer feedback, Caitlyn enjoys getting over-caffeinated on black coffee, walking around the city, listening to Motown, and dreaming of the dog farm she hopes to own one day. She's also really excited about finally having a taco emoji.
