- How does the free trial work?

You create your account and give it a try! You may cancel at any time during your trial, and you will not be charged. After 14 days, you will be automatically charged the regular subscription fee depending on the account you have chosen. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
- How much does it cost to use PhotoShelter?

Each account tier has a subscription fee that is billed either monthly or annually. If you choose to sell images through PhotoShelter, we charge a sales transaction fee between 8% and 10% depending on your account tier. You may incur other fees for printing and shipping through one of our integrated print vendors as well as transaction fees by your merchant bank. You may also purchase additional storage with your PhotoShelter account as needed and may be charged bandwidth overage fees for image deliveries; however, individual photographers rarely exceed their allotted bandwidth.
- Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you may cancel at any time. You may do so right from within your account; however, we do not provide refunds for services you have already been billed for.
- I don’t live in the United States. Can I sell through PhotoShelter?

You sure can! Our shopping cart supports more than 23 currencies, and you may receive funds in any foreign country supported by PayPal or Stripe.
- Where can I get help setting up and designing my site?

We don’t have a team of in-house designers available for custom projects, but you can connect with a PhotoShelter Certified Consultant for your unique project.
- I have thousands of images. How do I get them all uploaded?

We have several upload methods including plug-in’s with Lightroom, Aperture and Photo Mechanic just for that specific purpose. You can also use our desktop or web uploader. If you’re uploading a large number of high resolution images, we recommend you “set and forget” by queuing your uploads and moving on to another project while uploading is occurring.
- Does PhotoShelter work for larger companies and organizations?
